HP 672c
The HP 672c printer does its job. The question is whether its job is what you need done. You can rely on the 672c to print what you send to it, but the lack of resolution quality may be a disappointment. Also, the 672c is a little bulkier than many printers on the market today and it hooks up with a cable instead of USB. While the media selections may make the 672c seem versatile, (it accepts cards, envelopes, glossy paper, and transparencies in addition to plain paper), the lack of resolution will quickly make you realize the actual limitations of this machine. No doubt you can buy a cheap HP 672c printer. Discount HP 672c printers are also often available. It is not an HP wireless printer, as mentioned above. The cable limits your options for placement of the 672c. Also, the HP 672c camera accessories are going to have to be compatible with your printer as there is no hookup for direct printing. Not that you’d want to use the 672c for photos anyway. Take a look at the specifications for the 672c printer from HP: Printer - HP 672c - Specifications Inkjet color printer 600 X 600 dpi (b/w) 600 X 300 dpi (color) 4 ppm Compatible with PC The HP 672c is cheap because it is not incredibly capable. If you are in need of a document printer, then the 672c may work just fine for you. If you need anything printed that requires decent resolution, the 672c will not perform to your expectations. The resolution is just too low. If you print photos anyway, you’ll find that the ink (which is not cheap) will drain quickly. Since the HP 672c for sale is inexpensive, the resolution issues may not be a problem. If you need a printer for home use, and you do not require high resolution printouts, spend a little more time looking at the 672c. I don’t mean to give the impression that the 672c is a bad printer overall. Like I mentioned before, it does its job. If that’s all you need it to do, you’ll probably be happy with the 672c.
